March Health Class: “Nutrient Dense Cooking and Gut Health”

Details: During this 1.5-hour health class you will learn to cook and get to taste the following:
Cultured Bread
Homemade Sauerkraut — which is very rich in gut probiotic
Cashew Broccoli Quiche — made with a gluten-free crust
Spelt Tortillas — for making burritos
We will discuss cooking methods to retain nutrient enzymes to aid in digestion. Nutrition is what heals. You will learn how we get nutrition to absorb in our bodies.
